If you proceed to book or purchase any real-estate product with us, the payment terms, refund/cancellation policy, escalation mechanism will be governed by the specific booking agreement, buyer‐seller agreement and applicable laws (such as RERA). These Terms do not replace or override those specific contractual terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under law, we and our officers, employees, agents will not be liable for:
